I've had a very pleasant stay during Eid holidays. The hotel was spacious with an easy and nice location not far from many attractions and Dubai financial centre.

There was bar to be needed.

Overall a really really nice stay during Eid holidays. Nice enough area, central location just off attractions like Dubai frame, Burj khalifa and Global village as well as metro and spinix supermarket. For tea or coffee visit City Cafe nearby.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. The room amenities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had a variety of leisure facilities, such as a spa and fitness studio, ensuring that we had plenty of options for relaxation and enjoyment. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service offered at this hotel.

Convinent location and easy access to key areas of Dubai. Big sized balcony was a pleasant addition.

The bathroom is small. the apartments need refurbishment as it looks aged. for the price charged, breakfast need to be offered free.

We enjoyed spending our evenings at the nearby hookah pani lounge, which was only a short walk away from this hotel and made for a great starting point to explore the city.

It was like condo, clean room, kitchen, laundry and lot of space even the lowest price room. And useful grocery store in 30 seconds.

The overall hotel stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness and the location of apartments is just superb. Well behaved staff at lower levels, though the staff at Manager level was rude, impolite and indecent. I had booked a two bedroom deluxe suite and my family had great time. The rooms are big with ample space for free movement.

The complimentary services provided by the hotel are almost non-existent. Internet services ahould be free. There are a few free shuttle services provided by the hotel apartments, but the staff is not explaining it to the visitors. I had to pay for all my movements acroos Dubai even though the hotel provides free shuttle services to such places. This reflects poor hosting. The Manager - Mr John - needs a short course in courtesy. He is disrespectful, impolite to families (including women) and needs grooming. At his age, I felt people are well groomed to work in the service industry. Unfortunately, he does not have any remorse for his wrong words and goes on to challenge when talked about being reported to the hotel management. Either he is overworked or he does not understand that being in service industry he needs to be polite while speaking, at times. Sorry, but your Manager needs to be more humane with a touch of grace and poise especially while talking to women.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen appliances were a plus, making it convenient for longer stays. The hotel also had a nice rooftop pool with a beautiful view. The gym and sauna were well-equipped. The location was convenient, with grocery stores nearby. The free shuttle buses to the beach and Dubai Mall were a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For have a place to sleep its good no complains at all. just had it for 4 nights and did feel it gave value for the money!, not far from Bur Dubai and good washingmachine in room and a small kitchen if you like cook som food!

The only thing that you can hear the noise coming from other room and bathroom as well

This hotel is very convenient for exploring the city as it is located close to everything I need. Getting a taxi to anywhere is easy and very cheap. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are well-equipped with all kitchen appliances, and the bed is large and comfortable. it offers complete facilities and a great view.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast.
