  For almost $250.00, i expected better service and nicer attitudes, as well as goto Universal Studios, breakfast grill really good.

  Convenient location for our needs and great stay. For the price i paid i cannot complain much, the lobby was big and nice, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and breakfast selection was adequate in my opinion.

  Fitness center very nice and very Enjoyable stay. Lobby is very nice, large and free internet is a real selling point too. Employees are all very helpful and the pool, sauna and gym are also the best.

  Very panoramic views too, nice hotel and shop in the lobby was great. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, rooms were large.

  The location is great and as such a nice hotel, the internet is FREE. Just because a room is big, doesn't make grand.

  Great location and best hotel ever. The restaurants are good and the lobby is nice, the free internet is basically free because there is none.

  The best "values" are the buffets at city grille, inside other than the rooms is very nice and covered pool would make a great difference.

  Great location and the hotel as such wasn't too bad. Good and freindly services, concierge were extremely helpful. The room didn't smell and the shower was strong and hot, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

  Location is great, rooms really need to be updated.

  Views were fantastic, the location of the hotel was great and the fluorescent light in the bathroom was impossible to use for applying make up.

  Location wise, was very convenient, just right next to the metro station, my stay at the Wilshire Grand was extremely disappointing and overall service was great. The only thing nice about the room was the flat screen tv.
