However, the hotel has a good location if you want to stay downtown - close to shopping and restaurants and across the street from the Metro which we used to get eveywhere from Long Beach to Hollywood with no problems.

As for location to sights in LA--not the hotel's strong suit.

The parking was $30 a day, but considering the location and cost of the hotel it was not a big deal.

1/2 hr cab ride from all the hotspots even though the buses and metro is handy as an option.

Close to bus stops (with lots of buses) and subway stop.

我订房间的时候说要楼层高一点儿的房间,离电梯远点儿,确实他们给我们安排了12楼的房间,从电梯到我们的房间要走好长一段楼道.

这里的装饰虽然有些过时,但是还算个很考究的酒店.

I would agree, the floors/rooms are in need of updated carpets and paint and our room while nice-sized with a king bed needed new furniture, a decent bedspread and a TV that isn't circa late 90s.

Rooms were quiet, breakfast Bar was possibly the best.

The hotel restaurants were extremely expensive ($18 for breakfast) so we chose to not dine there.

Ate in the Italian restaurant, it was OK, but I did seem them deliver a main course to somebody whilst they were still eating their starter?

The breakfast was ample and the food good although the lounge on the 15th floor is so small and cramped that it wasn't exactly a relaxing start to the day.

The conference I attended was at the hotel, and the food during the breakfasts and lunches were highly praised by most.

Multiple restaurants, bars, Enterprise Rent A Car has an office in their lobby so we booked a car one day which was convenient, and the gym and pool are large considering it's a downtown hotel in LA and we used both several times and enjoyed them.

Lobby is very nice and the parking staff is very professional.

I give housekeeping credit for keeping the rooms clean and they were very responsive.

We had a very clean and spacious room, the people at the frontdesk where very nice.

The hotel more than met our expectations - was GREAT, the staff was helpful - albeit slow at times and the room was perfectly clean.

The staff were friendly and our room was clean.

Bathrooms are clean and bar look very nice.
