Super base for 1 night in Wellington, newly decorated hotel. Really helpful and very helpful staff, easy location adjacent to the harbour, the ferry terminal and the main sights of Wellington. Easy walk to a colonial museum.

The room was great-sized, it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was handy and ideal for walking around a Cuba street. The area was fairly nice just off the ferry terminal and the main sights of Wellington and the harbour.

Conveniently located hotel in a charming building close to the waterfront, city center, and popular spots to eat. Couldn't be more central if it tried! 🌟

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a storage. Separate bathrooms, that included a tub, were cleaned daily.

The staff were pretty friendly and super friendly people. The breakfast was tasty, had variety of food.

The rooms here are really big and have convenient amenities like coffee and tea makers and refrigerators.

the venue was newly decorated and lovely, i enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable close to the harbour, and certain areas. staff were very welcoming, room was quiet and adequate with bath. btw it included coffee, climate control and a storage space.

Pleasant personnel is like the waiter. The property has a good and absolutely perfect location, adjacent to an air extraction outlet and the city centre and restaurants. Don't forget to explore Aro Valley district.

I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates and prime location just a short walk away from Cuba St. Although the bathroom was outdated, the comfortable bed and decent TV channel selection made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Location.

The double bed in my room was two single mattresses joined together with a type of sticky tape. It sunk severely in the middle and was grossly uncomfortable. Im a bloke that can handle a bit of discomfort but that was a joke. Staff at hotel just shrugged and smiled when I asked if anything could be done. Would not stay there again.

The room (401) was located next to the lift and the noise of the doors opening/closing was clearly heard in the room. The shower would stop if the shower head was moved at a higher elevation (ie the pressure head was not sufficient). The telephone speed buttons did not work. We found we could not use the lift because it was being loaded with baggage from a coach party and we had to use the stairs from the foyer to our room on the 4th floor. The room had not been cleaned when we came back to the room at 14.30. We informed reception that this is not acceptable. A disappointing experience.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very friendly and excellent. There were air-conditioned, fairly quiet rooms. - A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was GOOD.

Breakfast options varied, served early. Clean room, exquisite bathtub. 5-star quality bed, centrally located & quiet; gym facility. Friendly & accommodating staff. Inviting reception & dining room. Tidy room, warm with accessible parking. Comfiest bed in NZ, appreciated facilities.
