  Great location for historic area, our CW tickets and bus transportation was free, the hotel itself was much larger and modern than we expected. The rates were decent, the staff were excellent and the checkout clerk was extremely nice. The room was clean, microwave were spotless and the new mattress was VERY comfortable.

  The pool was great and refreshing after a long hot day at the park, the breakfast area was well stocked and provided a more than adequate start for the day, the hotel's location was really convenient. The front desk was excellent, room was clean.

  Great location, nice setting and staff is very friendly and helpful. The king suite is well worth the extra money, the food is good and the portions are large, ceral, bagels, fruit, just enoug to get you started.

  Visitor's center for tickets, information, and catching the shuttles into the historic area, very nice Place. The housekeeping staff were friendly and bathroom were clean. The continental breakfast was good and pool was excellent.

  Once at the visitors' center we took the shuttle into the historic area, the breakfast was great and the hotel staff went above, the front desk person at check in was helpful. The room was very clean.

  And the visitor center itself is very impressive and the hotel is clean. The service from the desk is excellent, the rooms I feel are quite comfortable and decorated very nicely, continental breakfast is a free for all zoo. The gardens are wonderful.

  And finally, the convenience of the visitor center and shuttle bus service was a huge plus for us, the hotel's location was great. The staff behind the desk was very friendly helpful, our room was very clean and very quiet, the breakfast was very good.

  The bathroom was large and an extra sink was in the kitchenette area, the hotel restaraunt Huzzah's was good, to start, the reservation staff were very professional and attentive. Our room was very clean, the continental breakfast was decent.

  This hotel is huge and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is terrible and the outdoor pool is very nice and we enjoy dining at Huzzah.

  Then the place would be just about perfect, the pool is large, clean, and great after a HOT day in the 18th century.

  The location of the woodlands could not be better and one of our beds seemed to be broken. The breakfast arrangements are completely awful and inadequate.

  I would sum up my stay as nice and convenient, friendly staff, the room had a fold out 'chair' worked great as a 3rd bed for a child. The continental breakfast was very good.

  This time, the atmosphere was much more relaxed, front desk staff were friendly helpful and bed was made daily and room was kept clean. The complementary breakfast was sufficient and appreciated.
