  The location is the best, the streets are a bit quiet and the guests seem to be a little more reserved, the Williamsburg Manor has a fresh atmosphere. The house is beautiful and the staff is warm. Beds are comfy and cozy, breakfast iwas worth the 15 hour drive we made from AR to VA.

  The location is perfect, oh yea the rates are beyond reasonable for the summer time in a tourist town and the atmosphere is warm , the decor is fresh, and the food is out of this world. The house is very welcoming, the staff and owner could not have been more helpful, fireplace is very beautiful. Breakfast is one of the best bbs we've ever been to, just minutes from Bush Gardens, Yorktown and Jamestown.

  Great food and within walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg, beautiful location, just returned from a two day stay at the Manor. The house was very clean and coffee bar and the buffet style breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, comfy outdoor furniture was set up in the lovely outdoor garden and 3) the wireless did not work at all, our best efforts.

  The location is ideal for travelers like to walk and visit, this place is fantastic and I will be returning in the future. The house is more spacious than appears to be in the photos, staff is friendly and most helpful, the food is delicious.

  The location is the best in Williamsburg and the breakfasts continue to be incredible, we just returned home from our honeymoon in Wiliamsburg. Staff are wonderful, owners are very helpful and the guest rooms are clean and comfortable.

  The location is great and the hospitality is friendly, the rates are reasonable and the house is wonderful. The service is fantastic and the owners just as sweet as can be, the food is excellent.

  Breakfast perfect family stay and i just returned home from wonderful. The price was great and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, i loved the candy/cookie bar downstairs that was well stocked and available all day, the food was by far the best we had anywhere all week.

  A lovely stay in Williamsburg, the room had a very private feel and was located in the rear of the house, our bedroom was absolutely inviting and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and a selection of beer and wine was available at a minimal honor bar fee.

  Very good bb inn in Williamsburg and beautiful rooms. Especially liked the drinks and the friendly owner, Mrs. Features a lovely little garden.

  The Williamsburg manor was the perfect spot for our family gathering and my bedroom was spacious. The breakfast was wonderful.
