The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and the staff is very friendly.
My stay at the hospitality house was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was better than expected.
Because of this hotel, my trip to williamsburg was absolutely wonderful, staff were very friendly allowing us to check in early and the room was large and was clean.

Free coffee late in the afternoon and fresh fruit. Beautiful facilities.

The value is excellent and the best aspect of the Hospitality House is the staff. The location is great, underground parking is free and the rates are always good. The lobby is nice, the bed linens and clean and crisp and fit the bed perfectly, the elevators are fast.

The location was ideal, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and well maintained, in summary, Williamsburg Hospitality House was just ok. The lobby was nice too and staff were accommodating. My room was very clean, pizza and pitchers of beer were excellent, my French Toast was light and fluffy and delicious. The employees were super and the pool was GREAT.
