  The location was good for us, the hotel staff were very helpful and the price was the best. The room was very clean, then the computer available to customers was another $3.00 to use for 30 minutes and also the breakfast was only worth walking away from.

  The service was cold and unfriendly, pool was closed down for repairs two out of the three days we were there.

  Price and location were excellent, the drive to the Canyon from there was good too, the hotel was clean and adequate. The staff were very helpful and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok.

  Cheaper than staying at the Grand Canyon national park, the village of Williams is à good example of an old town and room comfortable and clean, great location on route 66. Williams the hotel is located is on the historic route 66 and the hot tub needed some tending and the morning free breakfast didnt have any fruit.

  A lovely little town, good location and i liked the position of the hotel. The price was very reasonable and staff worked hard to please guests. The rooms were neat and clean, continental breakfast was stale muffins.

  We booked for 1 block away after searching for the best heals in williams and the price was right and the location convenient to our visit to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were really nice, professional and the managers were very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

  The staff were friendly and helpful in all situations, booked this hotel for 2 nights and was given a good rate, the rooms clean and the lady attended us was very kind.

  To the road to las vegas in a very nice city williams and good budget hotel. Staff were very helpful, the room itself was fine and the pool was also very clean.

  The room was ready for check in at 2pm just like the web site stated would be, hot tub was broken, jets not working and the woman at the checkout was extremely nice and helpful.

  Atmosphere was uncomfortable and also the breakfast was not very substantial.

  Good value for money, very nice staff and manager very helpful. Bathroom window is just, breakfast consists of cereal, muffins, toast and hot drinks.

  We just loved this hotel, friendly staff and in the rather large room minutes later. Very good restaurants around and spa great.

  The prices rather high, no irons available and owner rude.

  Unbelievably great value actually and friendly Staff. Perfect for basic accommodation, continental breakfast and good cereal. My kids loved the heated pool.

  Charged me more than price stated on reservation and no Iron/Ironing board a little annoying.
