Overview

The Wildflower Hall, Shimla in the Himalayas is a famous four-star wellness getaway which is located at a great height of 8250 feet above the sea level. It was nominated as one of the Seven Natural Wonders by Conde Nast in March survey in 2006. Besides, it was awarded as the India’s Leading Spa Resort at the World Travel Awards 2007. It is interesting to notice that it was the residence of Lord Kitchner, the erstwhile Viceroy of India.

The magnificent views of the Himalayas and the cedar forest also give a lot of charm to this place.

The Himalayas are spread out in an area size of 22 acres, and the hotel occupies only 5 percent of them, leaving the outdoors for a lot of activities like mountain biking, nature walks, ice skating in winter and tennis in summer. By the way, the country’s best river rafting is at guests’ disposal.
