Rooms are spacious and closeness to the beach is convenient.

On arrival only informed about renovation at hotel, no sea view rooms . Maintenance in room not up to standard, lights, extraction fan in bathroom and room safe not in working order. Dining facilities in pub/restaurant far below par.Truly experienced off season service.

The Hotel is very well located but in serious need of an upgrade. The Breakfast service is very poor with limited choice and on most mornings had run out of various food items.

      Location was excellent

I stayed over for 3nights. My first night I spent in a room that was smelling bad and stuffy. My second night I stayed in a room with a lovely view of the ocean, but did not have any hot water to bath my kids aged 2 and 3 yrs. The breakfast menu has been the same for the 3 days with absolutely nothing changed. Nobody wants to eat the same food for 3 mornings. I do not recommend anyone go there based on my experience. I travelled 350km to this hotel and received the above listed experience. Poor show!!!

The view is magnificent. It is a beautiful location and is very child friendly. As a family we have been going there over the Easter Period for many years even before it was run by African Sky Hotels.unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The hotels' standards have definitely dropped. We were supposed to stay for three nights but moved out after one night and payed the penalties

      Not recommended anymore

Hi firstly a few months ago I passed your hotel on my way to P.e and was booked elsewhere but what caught my eye was that huge billboard with the price of r550 per night and thats when I made a booking for 4 rooms a week ago and yes my family really enjoyed the place,in fact we want to book for Dec 2011.However what needs to improve is the breakfast,i will be frank,NOT enough food, there was no refills which is bad for bussiness(i have my own buss) and secondly I noticed a large number of Muslim visitors and you must definitely try to cater for Hallaal food(E.g meats/chic etc) and once the word spreads that you cater Hallaal bussiness will increase and then advertise it on the Muslim radio station( radio 786 & Voice of the Cape).

      Location is excellent

The hotel allowed a goup of teenage children who were on a sporting trip to run amok and the pub which allows smoking had designated a very inhospitable room as the non smoking section. Towels were thin and one had a hole in it. Because of circumstances ( teenagers running amok) my stay was mot pleasant but otherswise it would have been okay.
