Good location, fabulous charming hotel well located and the staff are great especially at the reception.
Great location - close to old town and this charming hotel is small.
Perfect location for exploring Lucerne - short walk to the train station, this place is fantastic from the second you walk in the door.
Surprisingly quiet for 's city centre location, our stay there wasn't bad and the courteous staff was helpful.
