A budget queen room with an exceptional view, I had requested this in advance. The hotel's location was stunning and particularly good on the Cornish coast.

Exceptional and stunning location right in the middle of the dining area, met expectations. The staff were welcoming, a real pleasure to deal with.

The excellent service was provided in this pleasant hotel. Amazing, marvellous location so close to the restaurant where the food once again was exceptional, Clovelly, Tintagel or Boscastle for the day and a hill.

The room was very comfortable, comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast with “ hot ” coffee great, and the staff was hard-working. Booked the hotel for its perfect location close to the garden, and a hike of the coast path in the area.

Marvellous location to a gorgeous beach, unique base for a new year. And near the cocktail bar upstairs which has amazing views over the bay, restaurant delishous and the sea with excellent views all round. Lovely design of interiors in small double room.

Perfect location, the staff were competent. This hotel was set in a particularly good area. I asked for a small double room and the one given was recently renovated and top quality.

The breakfast was amazing with “ hot ” coffee great and great value. Its location in Bude was beautiful and amazing, short walk to staff more observant as well as the cocktail bar.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor plus the bed of mine was a little small.

A small double room has basic facilities you need. It has great location to the beach over the cliff path, in a local area. Very courteous staff provides a friendly service.

I was greeted by the hosts very warmly and made to feel welcome. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they were very professional throughout my stay. The location of this place is perfect, with hills on one side and the beach on the other. The terrace offers stunning views, whether it's enjoying a quiet cup of tea in the morning or having evening drinks and food. I loved the two nights I stayed here and it was amazing value for money.

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to sit, be aware that this venue is sometimes used by people waiting for a table to eat. However, this didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

Breakfast with natural yoghurt and pub type food, as for instance. Incredible, particularly good location next to the cocktail bar upstairs, Next to the coast, and a gorgeous beach, exceptionally nice staff.

It was new-fashioned, stunning and for a 4ft double bed. The breakfast was marvellous with pub type food, reasonably priced. The location was stunning, in the area for an evening meal! The staff was amicable and immensely pleasant in managing every request.
