The Widder hotel offers a variety of dining places: breakfast (from CHF 32 per person) is served in sunny breakfast pavilion, which has a glass roof slides back in summertime; Widder restaurant by Alexander Kroll has been awarded with 15 Gault Millau points and offers special menu with original international cuisine; restaurant Zur Schtund reflects a taste of Zurich and it’s a popular place among local people; Widder Bar offers original drinks and live jazz concerts, that attract musicians and connoisseurs from all over the world.

Getting there.

The Widder hotel is situated in peaceful area, close to Zurich’s historical center and 50m from the shopping area of Bahnhofstrasse. Zurich railway station is situated within 600m from the hotel and regular trains from the airport arrive here – this is the first way to reach the hotel. The second is to take a taxi or order hotel`s limo service (CHF 150). By car follow the signs for Zurich city, then follow the signs to sea or seaport and then follow the signs for Widder hotel.

Getting around.

The Widder hotel has a central location and it`s easy and convenient to reach the main points of interest on foot. Zurich railway station is situated within 600m from the hotel.

  Service and excellent location, fantastic boutique hotel, penthouse Suite in a very historic building. Its worth the price and very interesting interior. Staff were very helpful, our room was amazing and mini bar was all free.

  The location is perfect, tram connection from the train station to Hotel is also very convenient and ans the service is always prompt. The rooms are lovely and the bar is lively. Swiss charm in the middle of historic Zurich.

  The price is a bit high, the menu could be better.

  The location is fantastic, the hotel setting is a perfect mix of classic and modern, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and also, for a youngish clientele, the fitness facilities are sparse at best.
