The location is perfect, right next to Bahnhofstrasse and Paradenplatz.
The location is superb for downtown shopping, restaurants & banking (what most visitors come for!

The luxury of the fresh linen on the bed, the fab bathroom with upscale everything - from the tub to the shower to the lotions and potions provided.
The rooms are large, beautifully designed, extremely well furbished and luxurious with adjustable atmoshperic lighting, Bang and Olufsen TVs and Music systems, super comfy beds and very plush bathrooms.
Nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed as well, nicely furnished nothing to complain at all.
The tub in the bathroom is uncommonly large, and the fixtures are immaculately maintained and handsomely designed.
Moreover the BEST bed, fantastic a la carte breakfast.
Each room is beautiful and the restaurant is excellent the service at breakfast was a bit slow.
The Widder Bar was cosy and the breakfast staff also fell over themselves to be efficient.

The TV internet doesn't work very well and the fitness facilities are sparse at best.
It is true that the gym isn't very big and if I went to the gym on holiday I would probably be disappointed.
However, the icing on the cake was when I requested tampons from housekeeping and upon checking out noticed that no only had I been billed for the tampons, but they had been itemized on my bill as tampons!
