        Good parking location great, beautiful views and modern classic design. Pleasant and helpful staff, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast a bit disappointing.

        Rather noisy as front room beside road, frayed armchairs also stained and a lot of dirt in the secondary glazing.

        The views to the isle of wight and the needles are spectacular and the rooms are very comfortable, in a great place we will be going back very soon, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food is absolutely exceptional.

        Great views and lovely comfortable stay. All the staff were charming, the airy modern room was comfortably furnished and the bathroom held plenty of goodies and towels, food was very good especially the freshly cooked breakfast.

        The room we were given had great views of the isle of wight and our recent stay was most enjoyable. Staff were courteous and helpful, mineral water was provided as well as the usual tea. The food in the bistro was bland at best.
