  Good location to our meetings, other locals are nearby and overall, the hotel is above average and a nice play to stay. The staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, the rooms are updated and have that great boutique feel. Free wifi and working elevators are a bonus.

  The location is good, the hotel is the best in a very small area and the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are obliging.

  Good location near to downtown and restaurants, great hotel service. Staff very friendly and helpful, quiet room, the food in the cafe was excellent.

  The street was a bit noisy too and the pillows also were old and flat.

  Great location, a classic hotel and staff did not restock tissues noisy other guests showered. The room's furnishings were adequate, the restaurant offered wonderful breakfast options.

  Nice location great views from our room, beautiful Place and all the staff that we encountered was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything needed, the meal was excellent and the service attentive and pleasant.

  Good coffee shop and an excellent restaurant on site, great Stay, really nice customer service at the front desk. Just the basic room and used facilities.

  Small elevator, the bathtub was a miniature.

  Nice historical hotel in downtown Juneau, friendly staff and overall the room was appointed nicely. The meals provided were tasty and the av worked great.

  The catering staff were excellent and overall the rooms were clean, well furnished.

  Juneau was very busy and street noise was loud too.
