The twin/double room was neat and new-fashioned, with an electronic key card, cable channels, and a coffee maker. Kitchen was a big plus. The hotel was in a comfortable location very close to nightlife as well as Marineland.

The bathroom I had was dirty.

The staff was pleasant from arrival until we left. The setting was quite marvellous and excellent within easy reach of Canada One Factory Outlet Mall.

The units are new-fashioned, huge with mini fridge, a converted bedroom, for example. The setting is excellent and handy, near the falls, restaurants, shopping, downtown, and many stores. Lundy's Lane district won't disappoint you.

The room was quiet and big with the heart shaped tub and the staff was accommodating. The location was great and unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from Canada One Factory Outlet Mall. And it was also so close to falls and Clifton hill, and stores and restaurants.

Overall it was tidy with the heart shaped tub. Central heating, an electronic key card and a multi-channel TV were important for us. All of the staff was efficient and amicable. Location: the hotel was really close to everything, restaurants and groceries, and shops and the falls.

Came in Niagara Falls to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was chilled-out base for doing it. Its location between adventures down at the falls was marvellous.

It was in a good location with Canada One Factory Outlet Mall nearby.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the falls and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Good budget hotel with affable staff. The location marvellous and unbeatable close to everthing. Also - just next door to the highway and falls.

Beds were quite uncomfortable.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, just off downtown and downtown Niagara Falls. It was right next to Sante's Restaurant, where you can have dinner.
