Westgate Towers Kissimmee - 基西米

The location is great - close to disney & you have restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel location on 192 was in the middle of everything.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The room we had was a two bed/ three bath apartment which was wonderful.

Master suite with a king bed, walk in shower next to jacuzzi tub and second bedroom had two Double (or small Queens) and the same shower,jacuzzi tub.

Accomodations: kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, 52 inch tv, king size bed, whirlpool tub(huge), incredible.

Big, spacious rooms, a great kitchen completely furnished w/dishes and the like, a dining room and an outside terrace, large screen TV in the living room, a tub that can be used as a whirlpool in the master bedroom.

The room we rented had light bulbs out no tv remote for the master bed room one phone call and it was corrected within 5 minutes.

We used the kitchen for breakfast (saved $$ b/c we didn't have to eat out) and to make coffee or tea at night.

You get your own personal tour guide who escorts you to a continental buffet breakfast.

Our tour was to be at 7:30 AM with a breakfast promised.

NO breakfast yet after an hour and the salespitch had not begun.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is no complimentary daily breakfast.

Staff was exceptional, the way customer service should be.

Save your money and stay elsewhere (Prefferably at the Ramada Plaza, also owned by Westgate, but with no presentations, professional staff, and free shuttle service to attractions and parks.

Our 2nd floor room had a nice view of the jacuzzi & heated pool.

Firstly we were shown a ground floor unit facing the pool, obviously we think this is the unit we're buying, not so, ours faces the car park at the rear, for the naive this is how they get you, if you are not specific then you get the crap.

The only reason I would recommend NOT requesting a pool view is that the pool area is open until 11pm and you can hear all of the converstion & action that goes on, even with the sliding doors closed.

The room itself was spotless, practically sterile!

The clean bathroom and the pool was a nice recap to the day's activities.

The rooms were clean, and well furnished and equiped.
