Great hotel especially for the price, the front desk personal were not friendly nor helpful and i was put in a beachfront room was very nice.
This hotel has increased their prices otrageously especially during bike week.
Years ago it was a good hotel for the price - now forget it.
I had booked this hotel for 2 nights and decided to eat the cost to leave this nasty hotel.
I liked to be close to the beach, the location is fantastic for a family and balconies are nice.
It is in a great location which is close to all of the attractions.

The room smells like an outside toilet, curtains were fithy,the bathroom look as if they were not cleaned, the elevator smelled of urine, We had a nine month old and no way could we let her play on the bed or floors.
The "queen" size beds was the size of a full size bed.
Walls aren't thin, rooms may be small, but how much time are you really spending IN the room?
Yes rooms are clean, the maids do their jobs, and beds are comfy and the floors might be wet sometimes, but you ARE next to the ocean DUH!
The view was excellent, the staff was very professional and friendly, the rate for a 2 bedroom suite was awesome.
Stay at another hotel and eat breakfast at this hotel's restaurant.

We ate their buffet breakfast each morning and there was a large selection.
The pool bar and dj and areas for the kids was also really nice.
I liked they were lending towels for the pool too, breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Hotel staff was great- ashlee front desk, brian and jim guest services were very friendly and always helpful in planning out local attractions.

The only complaints I had was that the pool wasn't heated and I felt "slimy" in the jacuzzi.
The hallways, elevators, and common areas were beat up and dirty, the smallish indoor pool had cloudy water and was chilly.
July last yr, the indoor pool is gone b/c of a parking deck.
The business center (using it now) came in very handy as well as the free wireless in the hotel.
