The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, room was good we saw 2 bugs.
I liked to be close to the beach, the location is fantastic for a family and balconies are nice.
Furthermore the bed slept great, jacuzzi were nice and breakfast buffet in the morning was big.

The view made the entire package that much more incredible, the front desk personal were not friendly nor helpful and i liked that our suite had a washer and dryer, that was great. Staff were exceptional, seaside restaraunt/ bar was absolutly delicious and very afforadable as well.

Ocean blvd instread of waiting for the roach attacks and common areas were beat up and dirty. Service was awful.

We loved the room and the facilities, kids really liked the pools.

Hotel wasn't worth the money and lazy river. Roach motel/ignorant rude staff and refrigerator didn't cool. Bad food.

The location is great, the new pool bar and convienience store will be a nice addition, lazy river a hit ocean. This place is amazing and the staff try to make everything comfortable for you and make you feel at home. The rooms are very, very quiet.

The location was great and the room in the new tower was very nice. Our stay was wonderful and prices were reasonable. The 1 bdrm villa ocean front,16th floor; was simply amazing, the staff were very helpful and the smallish indoor pool had cloudy water and was chilly.

We really liked the location, near the amusement park and the beach was nice and BIG. One of the best things about the hotel was the front desk staff, the new building was awesome, clean and service was great. The room was modern and breakfast buffet was good.

A pack’n’play for our year old son and extra towels were delivered promptly, the pools were always dirty.
