    The reception area is warm and welcoming, the hotel is in a very attractive location in the grounds of Ayr Race Course.

    It was a taxi ride into Ayr and we walked back - Ayr nightlife was nice.

    The staff were so helpful and polite, the bed was fantastically comfortable.

    Large comfy bed, hot chocolate on our pillows - bliss and exceptionally high standard of food.

    Attractive en suite bathroom, the breakfast well worth the money and a great choice.

    The bed was fantastically comfortable and I slept like a log, well it was either the lovely bed or the extra couple of glasses, see above.

    The room was beautiful and huge, as were all of the other rooms that I saw.

    The bar staff were brilliant, breakfast was delicious and the waitresses were very friendly and efficient.

    The bar staff were brilliant, the restaurant was very cosy.

    Room Service is excellent and the food in the restaurant is fantastic.

    Our room in the main building was excellent - really spacious and the wedding meal was beautiful we did not have breakfast at the hotel.

    The 2nd night we ate in the lounge area,there was a wedding on but it was quiet enough when we was eating but wouldnt advise it when the wedding was in full swing as the wedding guests use the guest lounge too so it can get a bit noisey.

    Complimented by excellent service in a very relaxing atmosphere, again the staff very friendly indeed and the room was certainly one of the best I have encountered.

    All our guests received from ALL the staff was fantastic and room service was very prompt.

    Service at that point was friendly and appropriate, although we were virtually abandoned 9as were other diners) in the lounge, awaiting either menus or a summons to the dining room, despite having notified the bar staff.

    Free dvds to view on your flat screen tv, the hotel is perfect and the staff are always lovely to greet you on your arrival.

      Very comfortable surroundings, we missed the direct train to Edinburgh and our room overlooked a huge car park. The hotel is perfect, the staff are very helpful and attentive, food is fantastic. The gardens are lovely to sit in.

      The reception area is warm and welcoming, all of the rooms in the hotel are of very high standard. Into the 2 buildings at the back of the lovely main house and service to be excellent. Food is great.

      Free dvds to view on your flat screen tv, the decor is beautiful and the staff are attentive. Room Service is excellent, drinks out on the terrace overlooking the racecourse finished a perfect evening.

      The food served in the lounge area was very good and the decor was beautiful. Moreover our room in the main building was excellent - really spacious and the staff were so welcoming. The bathroom was exceptional and breakfast was delicious.
