I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of the city center, making it convenient to walk to all the attractions. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the window. I loved the added touch of having a Nespresso machine in the room, providing me with a delicious cup of coffee whenever I wanted. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering a fantastic view and serving delicious dishes prepared by Michelin-classed staff. I indulged in a three-course meal that included lobster soup, a variety of fish, and a mouthwatering dessert. It was definitely a dining experience worth every penny.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including room service, laundry, and 24-hour reception.

Heating in the room was not very good

Delicious breakfast, spacious room with amazing view, helpful and accommodating staff, great cocktails at the sky bar, EXCELLENT meal in the restaurant, plenty of parking.

The gym was very nice though it was a pity it came at an extra charge

Good Wi-Fi connection. Free safe for personal belongings. A comfortable bed to sleep in. The hotel is close to a bus stop, making it easy to travel around the city. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a few restaurants.

The bathroom had a weird design, and the shower area was not completely closed, causing water to spill out. The hotel is quite far from the city center and popular tourist attractions.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The wifi coverage was excellent. The bathroom was large and well laid out, although a soap receptacle in the shower would be useful. Details like clothes brush and shoe horn are always appreciated. Good copious breakfast with a superb view.

Only niggles, everything was so well laid out. The ironing board was not very stable, but nothing else disturbed a comfortable stay. Laundry service needs tightening up - 24 hrs is a maximum and the taxi service - of the town rather than the hotel is unreliable, 5 minutes means a missed train.

The hotel is situated in a modern business park, with the casino nearby. It is a nice 15-minute walk to the city centre, where the museum can be found. Rooms are spacious and modern, with amenities such as a Nespresso machine and comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offers a Michelin-star restaurant with innovative cuisine and great city views.

One of few best hotels in the Netherlands. I'm not exagerating. I lived in Holland for 10 years and doing business with different Dutch companies in different cities in the Netherlands and know the standard of Dutch hotels 3 to 5 Starts. This one is one of the few best hotels by all means.

It's not about WestCord wtc hotel in particular. All Hotels in the Netherlands are exteremly over-priced even in villages and highways (Motels). I can only associate them with hotels in Tokyo or New York while with all respect the comparision is unfair for ny & Tokyo

Rooms are so large, toilet and bathroom are seperated as two different rooms. so modern and luxury furnitures. everything is perfect.
