Great location and we find excellent value for a hotel of this class.
Good location for a night out in town, the hotel is well located overlooking the estuary.
Well situated in Westcliff and being offered a sea view topped the 'holiday' as the hotel is in a beautiful location.

A good deal better than the anonymous new hotel opposite the funfair, evening staff from check in at reception to the night porter lovely and helpful, best room are at the side.
I thought the location was extremely good being on the top above the seafront as you had a lovely estuary view out of the windows, this was booked as its close to the Cliffs pavillion in southend and the reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
