The front desk staff were great and our room was clean.
The location is great for the mall, the hotel is clean enough.
Nice and handy to shop at West Ed Mall, i would also say that this would be a great place for families to stay they are not spending a whole lot of time in their rooms, the staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Location – excellent, i usually stay in cheap hotels and the staff were very helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.

Great hotel in a perfect location and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the tv had adequate channels on.

Bathtub area was a little small and the lobby was fairly large and impressive. The elevators were very slow to say the least.

Location and very comfortable beds, the convienience of not having to drive our vehicle to the mall was awesome, the first impression of the hotel was great. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Towels were adequate.
