The hotel was nice and the price was extremely reasonable.

Location is perfect, other than that is no free wifi in this hotel and no possibility to change room or take back just paid money for second day in case of leaving.

Excellent location in a quiet street opposite a park close to Victoria Station, a great place to crash for a few nights.

Very convenient position for tourists, the hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, toilets in each block was as inconvenient as I thought.

Double room was ok sized, i was aprehensive about the shared toilet and for the continental breakfast included in the price.

Perfect location, we liked the hotel as was very clean and absolutely filthy quilted bed covers that were so dirty they were almost too stiff to fold.

Generous provision of extra beds for extended families.

Additionally the staff very helpful and spacious room.

This hotel provide nice breakfast and being able to walk through St James Park to get there every day.

Location near Victoria station was good: 10 min walk and provision of a good breakfast - of higher standard than provided by 3-star or 4-star hotels of my recent experience.

Moreover the breakfast was better than expected.

For those of us on a perpetual diet, the continental breakfast is very hearty and will last for the greater part of the day.

    Greta calm location and easy to get the victoria station. This hotel provide nice breakfast and being able to walk through St James Park to get there every day. Generous provision of extra beds for extended families.

    Poor even for a cheap price and the staff is not very friendly. I would have liked to have had a drink in the evening and even the facilities are clean.

    Only the location is good, lovely stepping out to see the park opposite and competitive value for money offer. The staffs are very nice people, bathroom keep clean and we loved to have breakfast in the basement.

    Very quiet location, the comfortable feel of the hotel.

    They didn't have info that they have rooms only and having a breakfast standing due to the lack of sits are only some of the surprises to be experienced.
