  Reception area very small, overpriced compared to American hotels I stayed over the 4 weeks prior.

  The convenient location to shopping and across the street is a very large shopping mall. This nice little hotel is fantastic and the continental breakfast is served in the small front lobby. Service is sincerely friendly, good heat control in each room.

  Buses are not that cheap and not worth the 130$ price tag whatsoever.

  Location is very private too, the continental breakfast is nice and there are many restaurants nearby, the accessible room is right off the lobby on the main floor. The staff is very friendly and is close to University of Ottawa, good water pressure in the shower.
