The staff was super friendly and quick to tend to our needs. The kids activities were mind-blowing with inside and outside playgrounds. The closeness to the beach was jaw-dropping, just a few steps away. The pool was amazing, a great place to relax and cool off. a fantastic experience!

Excellent Animation Team! I had a blast playing mini-golf with them. They were as entertaining as a comedy show, keeping the energy up and bringing out the competitive spirit in all of us. Definitely the highlight of my stay at this hotel.

The pool and playgrounds for children were great. The rooms were big, clean, and had a connecting door which was convenient. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to meet our needs. It was a nice base for one night. Walking distance to Action Aquapark. Location very close to tourist mini train bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was close to the beach and main street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was impressive. The food was tasty and there was plenty of choice.

Nice people, nice food, nice services. The personnel from the restaurant was very fast, very kind and always smiling.

The wireless internet is missing. There was a pre-paid room with cabled internet, but the PCs were slow, same the connection. Also, the A/C seemed to be a little powerless.

The location is great for adventure travelers who want to explore beyond the hotel. It's worth skipping half board for the cheap, delicious food at local restaurants. The main nightlife is good for those looking to party. The hotel is not far from the airport and Sunny Beach. The rooms are clean and spacious with friendly cleaners. The food is enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel has a nice pool and bar area.

i didn't like at all the variety of food. very few choices i could make and although i had all inclusive services i couldn't benefit at the pool bar. the pool also was small for the hotel's capacity

The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and entertainment. The food was decent with a variety of options to choose from.

The room was a bit small and outdated. The air conditioning was not very effective, and we struggled with staying cool at night.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to the action but far enough away for peace and quiet. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel also had a nice pool area where we were able to relax and soak up the sun. Best of all, the free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to.

The food was really disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality was poor.
