Moreover pleasant modern hotel and the prices reasonable.

Accessability to a large number of attractions around the broads, a good 'value for money' hotel situated in a good location close to the Norfolk Broads and the staff are warm and friendly.

The location is excellent and the situation of the hotel is perfect you are wishing to travel to Cromer.

Quiet location and the hotel was convenient for a one night visit following a family party taking place nearby.

We liked the location ie close to the broads quiet and as for value for money - well you'll find difficult to match.

Beautiful location next to river and friendly atmosphere.

In addition staff were pleasant, the best bit was having a proper firm bed followed by a hearty breakfast and the food was very good.

Good location next to boat hire and the hotel is very clean all around. The service here is very quick and prices are reasonable from room rates to food. THe willingness of staff to accomodate us for early breakfast before their usual time.
