Spotless and huge room and a nice bathroom. Pleasant staff and attention to detail. Great and unbeatable location for Port Macquarie, so close to shops close by and the beach, shops and restaurants and main shopping area.
No elevator at all.

The room was mind-blowing and super spacious, exceeding my expectations for the price. The kitchen facilities made it easy to whip up tasty meals, and everything was spotlessly clean. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the beach. The tidy apartments had modern furnishings, and the swimming pool was a jaw-dropping bonus for a quick swim or relaxation.

I recently stayed at a comfortable and well-appointed apartment. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the breakwall for a pleasant walk. The balcony offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying breakfast. Despite a few minor inconveniences like traffic noise and limited parking, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We have stayed here now 4-5 times and come back for the price, location & convenience of a home away from home. We have had unit 7 most times and it is great to get back to the Waterview Unit 7.

Loved the location and views at Waterview Apartments. The beds were comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean. The apartment had a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, and glassware. We also loved the bonus of having the happy pickle nearby, where we could enjoy tea and coffee. Waterview Apartments is a really nice place for a vacation.

The Manager and his wife were particularly efficient and friendly. The location was good and rooms were clean. Suited us as a stop over point to Queensland.
Parking situation was not so good. Needs some updating.
