Good location, hotel very big and the lobby was huge.

Good location, great place and the free internet access in the lobby was also nice.

The location is great cause your close to the Malls.

The hotel is only a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk to the shopping malls (Ayala and SM) - don't take the hotel cars they are very over priced.

It was a 25 minutes ride from the airport.

The room had a heavy aerosol spray smell, to cover up the smoke, and the toilet in the bathroom was leaking water.

The rooms are clean but the bathrooms need new showers fitted, in Standard rooms only a shower (no bath) is available.

The hotel room was nice, service was very good and the bathroom was fantastic.

Staffs are friendly and courteous, rooms are large enough, toilets are so clean.

Moreover the suite rooms were excellent and the food were awesome and delicious.

Although our room came with free breakfast at the Uno restaurant, we only ate at the restaurant on our first morning.

The service was really excellent, both rooms I had were spacious and clean, much of the food items at the free breakfast were cold.

My favorite part was the breakfast because they serve a wide range of food and delicious too.

High ceilings, breakfast also continental and pool looks clean and large.

The price is inclusive of a buffet breakfast and although there is plenty of good cold food selection I found the hot food section a strange mix and I could not fathom out what nationality they were trying to cater for.

The hotel made perfect, service by the pool was great and room was clean the housekeeping staff very helpful.

To sum up nice hotel, good staff and service - but if you want a beach or water view choose something on Mactan Island and if you really want a tropical Asian Holiday go to Thailand it's Smiles better.

My husband and I are fitness freaks and we just love the gym and I really had fun doing the step aerobics.

Awesome spa, I spent half a day there getting pampered while my husband and son had fun in the pool area, you couldn't get my son out of there!
