Excellent service from beginning to end of trip, receptionist is extremely professional and the bathroom was'nt the cleanest grout very dirty on wall.
The location was good, stay was for a very special birthday so they gave us a free upgrade and the staff were friendly on arrival.
The staff were very friendly, the receptionist was very helpfull in giving us directions to and the beds were very comfortable.

Central position and lovely hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, our room was clean comfortable and one evening meal also had a meal in the Bar served by the friendly and efficient bar man Dan.

Waterford is a good city for a weekend break good nightlife and crack all round, the hotel has an excellent location, all the staff are very helpfull and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are average sized and clean and the bathroom was spotless, breakfast is available in the restaurant and was quite extensive and reasonably priced.
