      After taking a $20 cab ride from South Bend airport (only 6 miles from hotel), the staff seemed bothered by the fact that I was there to checkin.

      So, if you have any travels from or to the airport.

      The rooms were amazingly true to the pictures (a generous pat on the back) but when I booked my room, I had asked for a Queen size bed and got a Full.

      Our room itself was also looked quite nice, and we flopped down on the beds - very comfortable.

      The bathroom is about the size of a closet, and you almost step into the toilet when stepping out of the shower, but it certainly wasn't terrible as far as hotel showers go.

      We asked to change rooms, but the second room was worse than the first!

      The bathroom was equally bad--missing tile grout and a dirty bathtub.

      Different people in our group enjoyed the pool, the nice workout facility, the great breakfast, and, of course, the bar!

      The water looked very cloudy and there was garbage all over the place (chip bags, candy bar wrappers, pop cans etc).

      The price was very reasonable, the office staff was more than accomodating and the in house restaurant had a more than adequate menu choice.

      The next morning we went downstairs to enjoy a great breakfast spread - eggs, sausage, french toast, etc.

      We were shocked by the options available, but a worker assured us that this was the breakfast served for the hotel guests.

      I had to wait over 5 minutes for service at the front desk because they only had one person working at a time.

      The front desk staff is also in need of a renovation.

      Apparently a smoking break is more important than customer service.

      I asked at the front desk if this was the usual procedure, and the desk clerk said she honestly didn't know, but agreed with me that it was gross.

      The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool/jacuzzi, neither of which we had an opportunity to use, but both looked great, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

      They have an indoor and outdoor pool and I had called the day before I came to make the reservations and asked if they were both in use since I had my kids with me and was told yes.

      Well, the indoor pool was closed when we got there.

      The rooms are newly renovated - nice decor and very clean.

      Our room appeared clean, until we turned down the sheets--ugh!

        Microwave area in the room was great and vicinity were clean. His staff was pleasant and the employees were all very accomodating. Bed was comfy and she informed us that the breakfast was complimentary only. Outdoor pool was AWESOME.

        The hotel is nice, the new rooms are by far the best in town and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast consisted of watered down orange juice, the inside pool is good.

        Very friendly staff, great rooms and outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Large stains on sheets and the bathtub looked like hadn't been cleaned in months.

        Great service, incredibly comfortable beds and fabulous mattresses. Outdoor pool.

        The pool area was very big and clean, the stay was very nice. Obviously looking for the best price since was an unexpected cost and maid service was prompt all 3 days. Breakfast was good and outdoor spa was filthy.
