Warwick Hotel Denver - 丹佛

The hotel is not located in a convenient location if you want to enjoy all the things Denver has to offer.

The location is a five block walk to 16th street where all the restaurants and shops are located.

The location is excellent, very close to the 16th Street Mall without being in the middle of the action.

Large private car park with surface and underground parking removed the hassle of city centre parking.

Parking: If at all possible, do not park in the underground parking garage.

As soon as we saw the room we asked for either a king bed or two beds and they gave us a large suite with a king bed.

2 beds when reserving and were given a room with only one bed and told that the only rooms with 2 beds were smoking.

Bedroom was smaller, but good bed (sheets and blankets, no duvets) and the most brilliant air-con - the rooms chilled down within 5 minutes and even in October the outside temperature was in the 80's.

The bed was horrible, the air conditioning did not work, room service was not available.

My room was on the end of the 11th floor, and it was very large with a pillow top queen bed, arm chair, upholstered bench, balcony with chairs, 25" TV, microwave, safe, and a small vestibule area with an extra dresser.

Good bar, restaurant meals superb and i recomend the asian sweet.

There was a nice bar off the restaurant that had its own menu - decent meals, plus burgers.

Randolphs restaurant was really good quality but they were stretched during the breakfast service as the hotel was full for the world series, and service was slow.

Service at the hotel's restaurant was excruciatingly slow for dinner and downright lethargic for breakfast.

The location was only a short walking distance from the 16th Street shops and restaurants as well as the free shuttle that takes you within only a few blocks of Coors field.

The location is good for the Capitol, everything else about the hotel is fine and the staff at the front desk is great as well as the shuttle service.

Excellent location for exploring downtown Denver, staying at this hotel was such a huge disappointment and the front desk staff was always courteous and helpful.

Although we entered the building from the parking lot (not through a main entrance), the lobby was cozy and very inviting.

The roof top pool and the gym are great as well.

We got to the hotel too late at night to use the pool or fitness center, but they both looked very nice.

Hotel has complimentary HBO and the wireless internet is only $10 a day.

They claim to have wi-fi - don't believe that.

Clean room, cheap mirrors and the restaurant Randolf's is very good.

Our room on the 8th floor was clean and comfortable, and we heard barely a sound from other guests.

A colleague of mine found her room to be very dusty and asked housekeeping to come in and clean again, which they did very promptly.

The room was huge and clean but it wasn't well maintained in terms of decor and the grotty carpeted balcony overlooked a carpark/ rubbish bin collection point.
