          Driving Directions:

From Paris - coming from Paris take Mons E19. At the end of the E19, keep right and take the Brussels ring road. Take exit n°18 for Drogenbos – Uccle. Next turn right in the direction of Uccle. You will now be on a street called De Stalle. Go straight ahead to the avenue Brugmann. Then follow the Chaussée de Charleroi and at the end of this street, at the round about ‘Stéphanie Square', take the first exit on the right onto 'Avenue Louise' and look for number 381; the hotel is located on the right.

From Germany - coming from Germany and Liege on E40 do not take the ring road, instead stay on the highway. This will take you into Brussels. As you enter Brussels, follow signs to the Centre-Centrum and stay in the tunnel. Once you exit the tunnel drive straight over the Avenue Cortenbergh. When you reach the ‘Schuman' roundabout take the second street on the right, this is the ‘Rue de la Loi'. At the big crossing with Boulevard du Régent, turn left and enters the tunnel. Exit the tunnel at ‘Louise – La Cambre' and you will arrive at Avenue Louise. The hotel is located at number 381.

The hotel is in a very good location, many institutions are just around the corner; it has it's own style, staff rather helpful

However, bathrooms and rooms needs some. restoration and cleaning; overall, everything is a little bit outdated

            Rooms were nicely decorated

Found our shower didn't work in the first room. We were then transfered and the second room had a door with a faulty lock, no security chain and a safe that didn't work. Also no shower curtain.

Staff was nice and helped me out quickly to solve problems with the TV.

there is a little too much wear and tear considering what I paid for my room. Location is not the best either.

The location was ideal since we were visiting a relation who lives around the corner...car park V. useful at a price...

I thought it was V. expensive for what it was....the hotel was V. dark and dull and only the addtional candles in the lobby helped with the additional light required....the outrageous price of breakfast @ e 29.00 per pers. Was a non starter since we had breakfast around the corner for e 7.00. ! per pax..I Suggest a major refurbishment of public areas whilst retaining some original features...

            The interior was very comfortable.

On a Friday it was not possible to get a taxi. There was some confusion I was informed that the taxi was ordered and would come. Later another hotel employee said that there was a problem with taxis on a Friday. The only option was to go for private hire and this was €50 from the hotel to midi station!! I had a feeling that this was not quite right.

Close to the Brussels University (if you need to go there). Not very expensive (unless you are taking breakfast for 29 eur P.P.).

First, the difference between Booked.net price and the real bill. Old and shabby rooms. Altogether, next time I will choose another place to stay.
