  Brilliant location overlooking the thames in 'old' shepperton, thanks for a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was fine, comfortable and neat, breakfast being included in price was good.

  Location brilliant, a very relaxed atmosphere and reception Staff were very helpful and attentive. Only nice item in the room was probably the curtains and on a positive note, the evening meal was good.

  Te location of warren lodge is lovely and an enjoyable stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are varied and comfortable and the staff considerate and well trained, breakfast prepared by Chris is absolutely superb.

  Our room, a family room, was large and had a nice view, the atmosphere over the weekend was relaxed. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and meals in the evening were delicious.

  Lovely bar area and eating area outside in the courtyard, the hotel is in an excellent location on the river, the staff is friendly and the restaurant serves very good breakfast.

  A good value for money hotel convenient for our puroposes visiting relations in surrey, helpful friendly staff and the bedroom was on the large size and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was plenty of everything.
