Excellent base for exploring Taiyuan. Liked WONDERFUL location and staff of the hotel. Besides, free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Our luxurious needs were fulfilled at this brand new five star hotel. The exclusive amenities were world class and staff were attentive and helpful, making our business meeting and conference a success. The spacious meeting rooms were well serviced. The food was exceptional and the buffet offering on the main floor was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Some staff seemed indifferent and not welcoming, failing to acknowledge our presence at check-in and while waiting for a table at the restaurant. The pool area looked nice but the water was too cold and the changing rooms were too small.

This hotel is conveniently located near a park and a high-quality shopping centre where the guests can find anything they need. there is a supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and offers excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, and guests can make use of them.

Some amenities, like the swimming pool and gym, may not be suitable for all guests, as they are often crowded.

Great value for money - especially the room service which was delicious and promptly delivered. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We also loved the comfortable bed and the stunning city views from our window.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet was subpar and lacked variety, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. The lobby area was often crowded and noisy, making it less than ideal for romantic moments. while the hotel had its positives, we would not recommend it for those looking for a truly romantic and peaceful experience.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were brand new and spotlessly clean. The marble-finished bathroom had a great wet room and choice of shower heads, and beds and linen were exceptional quality. The hotel also boasted a large restaurant offering an extensive range of food for breakfast, and many rooms had great views of the city from large windows.

While the facilities were generally excellent and well-maintained, some furniture and carpets were showing slight signs of wear and tear. Despite some small negatives, our stay was incredibly enjoyable and memorable.

We loved the hotel's location next to a huge shopping centre with plenty of dining options. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the reception even having a specific VIP area. The rooms were clean and had great facilities, including a comfortable bed, a bath and a separate shower. The hotel was also conveniently located next to a beautiful park.
