The swimming pool was warm in winter, amazing seafood at the evening buffet, personalized service from the chef and maitre'd, exceptional room facilities , excellent room soundproofing. Late night staff were helpful, courteous, and the hotel had a warm, rich environment. Good room size and convenient location.

The staff was courteous and helpful, always there to assist us. The room was well-maintained and clean, the bed comfortable. We liked the modern amenities offered, such as the air conditioner and the soundproofing, which made our stay more comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect since it was in a central area close to restaurants and markets.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the laundry service could not accommodate our request to get it done on the same day despite the information stating otherwise.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were fresh, helpful and courteous during our late check-in. The warm swimming pool and quality seafood at the evening buffet were excellent features. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, room lighting and controls, and choice of firm or soft pillows were remarkable. The hotel's location in relation to the airport was very convenient.

During my stay, I had a luxurious experience with the exclusive amenities provided. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering top of the range treatments. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. The garden area was breathtakingly beautiful, with lovely flowers adorning the venue. The hotel provided excellent room advantages, with quality toiletries and an advanced in-room lighting system. The service personnel at the restaurant catered to my every need, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind.

I must mention the temperature of the Jacuzzi was a minor issue, as it was not warm enough. However, this did not affect my overall experience.

The facilities offered were excellent and truly enhanced my stay. The swimming pool was perfect and a great temperature at all times. , the staff service during dinner was exceptional. They made sure to personalize the service and made us feel truly welcomed. the location of the hotel was great. Being close to key tourist sites and transport hubs made it very convenient for our business trip.

The air conditioning in the room was difficult to control and made the room quite warm. Another inconvenience was the laundry service.

The comfortable room and bathroom were both spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy with fresh seafood available at the buffet. We were also impressed by the staff's attention to detail and fantastic personalized service. The swimming pool was heated and was perfect for a relaxing swim in winter.

We did experience a minor issue with the laundry service as it closed earlier than expected, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Despite that, overall, it was a pleasant stay that was worth the price.
