  The location is perfect, one block to Michigan Ave and the start of the Magnificent Mile, the service at the hotel because of three men is the best. The lobby is well organized and staff is helpful. The rooms are lovely, the fireplace is very welcoming and the bar in the restaurant is great for a drink. The concierge team could also be a bit better informed and the SPA is wonderful.

  Excellent location, truly lovely hotel and the shower was as good as my wonderful bathroom at home. The service was great, bed slept well and my late night dinner reservation had been available. The spa was beautiful.

  Great location in the heart of everything and best in Chicago. The house car service was perfect and the staff were incredible. The room was amazing, the food in the restaurants was wonderful and the spa also sells lovely products that I enjoyed browsing. We loved that the pool was available for children.

  Bathrooms in the public areas are well stocked and kept pristine, this hotel is amazing, the lobby is modern and the décor is beautiful. The service is all awesome, the bath tub is great for soaking after walking and the best pizza ever is Lou Malnati's. The pool is really nice.

  Well worth the stay and price, warm efficient service, the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast at balsan was good and spa were perfect.
