Good location and nice design. The building itself hosts a Japanese mall as well as w, beautiful interiors and the staff at W are highly trained and efficient. The room is spacious, the desktop connection for computer is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is a must and the restaurant in general is decent. Only a concierge desk is available, spa is fantastic and reasonable.
