The location and the design are the l only good things, stay for vacation in this superb Starwood property, room has newly renovated W style. The staff are über friendly and helpful, huge 2 person tub and a separate shower. Bar none this is the best service we have had anywhere in the world, the outdoor seating at the Dutch restaurant is an excellent option and beverage outlets are wonderful. The pool is gorgeous.

The hotel was superb, service was excellent and the concierges were helpful. The room was perfectly clean, the large terrace was also nice to lounge on and at least the food items were all quite good. Pool was amazing.

Very modern hotel, best Service Anywhere and we complained about the various matters outlined above to one of the managers. Rooms are superb, spacious, the music and the crowd are great, the pool is very cool as well.

The house keeping are horrible very dirty the restroom items like towels were not changed daily, waiters and spend your time complaining.

Large balcony, great food and attentive waiters. Good beverage, beautiful pools.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a month, awful service and the refrigerator wasn't working and that the wood was just stained. Bathtub was not being cleaned at all.
