          In an excellent location in Santiago, very impressive hotel and superb wine shop and cafe in the same building. The design of the lobby met 3 restaurants is spectacular and the room has a good size and a large bathroom. The breakfast is lovely, lots of choices and very nice servers.

          Most rooms have a very nice view over Santiago, the hotel is a modern property situated in a great neighborhood and in the lobby is free. The bed is amazing and music at whiskey blue its just fine.

          Nice walking area, great place and same at Lobby bar, too long to get drinks served. The rooms are modern, the food from the restaurant is good.

          The pool is on floor 20 and has an amazing view of Santiago and the mountains, nice place to hang out too. The bar is lovely as is the lobby and restaurants are also great.

          The location is better fro business travel than tourist travel and overall, an awesome hotel for any reason you find yourself in Santiago. Rooms are royal in spirit elegant and modern in style, and the breakfast is excellent, the rooftop pool is very nice.

          Very good stay at w and excellent decoration. Front desk staff very helpful and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, my best cocktail was a Tanqueray 10 Martini at the Savoy in London.

          Simple a perfect place to stay in Santiago and service excellent. Comfortable and silent rooms, best bar in the world. Good restaurants, important by our waiter and great Gym.
