            Great facilities and food, • fresh fruit popsicles on arrival at the pool.

            • lots of superficial style, definitely no substance, not 5 star service, location is poor and lack of cool music and atmosphere.

            Delicious food and the new facility and the automosphere.

            The service in the hotel wasn't very good and an example of impractical and untrained staff. The placement and colors of the furniture were badly designed.

            The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the lounge area and the two rain showers were great, koh Samui was just another island off the Thai coast, overall the stay was pleasant and the tropical villa was lovely. Staff were v hospitable and made u feel good, breakfast was fantastic. The lighting at the private pool and deck was way too dark.

            Awesome view and great beach. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are beyond lovely and the water is blue and the vista beautiful. The service was attentive and the bar is very cool, restaurants are excellent.

            The daily breakfast buffet is impressively laid out in the spacious area, the beach is beautiful, long and private, good quality and a huge range of choice. The staff is superb and the room is modern. Btw, the stereo sound system is awesome and excellent service,excellent restaurant and well run property.

            Location is great to relax and far away from the tourist spot chaweng, koh Samui in itself is not a very big island and can be covered in a few hours, the hotel as a whole is very stylish and beautiful. Incredible views from the lobby area and woo bar, nice one all the staff friendly trying to explain everything to us, • room service is excellent and very prompt. The food is superb and the infinity pool is almost as cool as the one in Singapore.

            The beach bar is lovely at sunset and the infinity pool is fantastic and offer great views over the sea. The hotel is big and staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is huge and we loved, best breakfast you could get anywhere, • the gym is well equipped and accessible 24 hours a day.

            • the beach is clean and private, the fitness center is new, and well equipped, the hotel is in I think is the most beautiful part of the island. The service is great, the room is incredible and breakfast has an awesome selection, also a plus. Fabulous dinner at the sip bar.
