W New York Times Square - 纽约

The location is terrific located on 47th just off Broadway so everything was accessible by foot.

The hotel is in a great location - right in Times Square and close to transportation.

Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay in an excellent location in Times Square and close to all the theaters.

I would suggest leaving the car at the airport and having a taxi or subway take you there.

They did change their mind however when I persisted as it was our last day and we needed the cash for a taxi to the airport.

The rooms are spacious with a king size bed, a large office desk and toilette/bath room.

Rooms decorated very modern, flat screen TV, full mini-bar, desk facing the window, overlooking Times Square, extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

Take a room with a bath and you actually not only get the Starck-designed shower but also the over $5000 Starck bathtub as well (I don't know if the W and Westin Times Square rooms really had a bathtub or was is just part of the hilarious shower).

Modest-sized rooms, typical of New York, feel more spacious at this hotel thanks to a mirrored wall behind the bed in each room.

Incredible bed with down comforter, our suite had two bathrooms, both were very clean.

And if you want an easy night of people watching with great food, drink and service, start off with cocktails in the 7th floor lobby bar followed by dinner in the 400 seat Blue Fin restaurant.

We've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at Blue Fin in the past and enjoyed the food.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the Blue Fin restaurant does a great breakfast as well as great sushi.

Breakfast in the adjoining Blue Fin restaurant is a must.

The Blue Fin restaurant at breakfast was delicious and reasonable for a NYC restaurant.

The maid service, concierge assistance, decor, quality of the rooms and the staff in general were all absolutely fantastic.

We found the staff very service oriented (especially the concierge).

The W is simple, sleek, and refreshing from the potted grass near the entrance to the cascading sheet of water in the elevator lobby.

Cab and elevator service were fast and next to the elevators on the floors they have cute little TV's that play MTV but have no sound.

My room was near the elevators and I constantly heard noise in the hallway and elevator music.

The wireless broadband service was on the fritz when I stayed there last week, though the wired broadband connection in my room worked well.

Wierdest is they don't have wireless internet.

A free upgrade from a wonderful room to a specatular room was no problem, we were celebrating a birthday, the room was very clean & tidy & did not look used (like some of the other reviewers have stated).

The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff is vigilant and polite.

The hotel rooms at the W are small, typical of most NYC hotel rooms, it was very clean and the view we had was pretty good, not all rooms have a nice view ask to stay in rooms ending with 12.
