  Staff seemed friendly and attentive, comfortable beds, the large new Safeway up there works for wine.

  And since the location is little far, a cab might not come right away and the decor in the hotel is great and in general isn't a loud hotel. The restaurant on the second floor is closed for now.

  Very comfortable, excellent service, great room.

  Crowded commercial hotel/shopping area of Waikiki and old style TV. Too bad w missed the boat and loud talking on the street. Under staffed employees inexperienced and inefficient.

  Location and a great staff, bordered by the beach on one side and a lovely park and zoo on the other. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the free coffee in the morning in the lobby is delish. And the street has very little traffic, making for a calm oasis, the service is nothing short of excellent and the rooms are big, crisp and clean.

  Friendly staff and location, the beach is perfect. Free coffee and use of bikes at hotel, bathroom is spacious, clean and restaurants are just there to provide a fake sense of Hawaii. Our Japanese flight attendant told us this is the best in Honolulu.
