  The location is great, the hotel is nice looking and the staff are exceptionally dedicated to meeting guest needs. The rooms are impressive and the pool is breathtaking beautiful.

  The lobby is fairly small, the menu sucked and didn't have much of a selection at all.

  The location was great, overall, our stay was pleasant and the door staff were awesome and really helpful. The concept suite was amazing, the pool was wonderful, and good stiff drinks at the bar.

  Nice pool area and great w hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, the water was freezing and no one could bare to step in.

  Outdoor smoking area and great hotel. The staff were nice, the terrace was absolutely gigantic, and had a huge piece of furniture for lounging on.

  The views of Dallas are great, and most of the staff is nice, the hotel is impressive, service is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the pool deck is worth seeing.

  This hotel is just bland, the rooms are clean, cute, and well designed, the pool is amazing.

  First, location is totally awkward and the staff is extraordinarily rude at the Ghostbar in particular.
