Location was very good, hotel staff were friendly as well and the lobby was a big and open relaxing area for drinks or reading. The service was fantastic and the concierge was wonderful. Our room was great, i noticed that the bar was quiet and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Convenient location and modern decor. Prices are also reasonable, lobby looks like a fashionable nightspot and the staff at the W Boston is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and le bar est super pour un petit 5@7. The food here is also good, the menu is not expansive and ps jennifer the concierge is wonderful.

Excellent location and stylish hotel. Very nice lobby bar area and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the food arrived quickly and was very delicious. The concierge was lovely.

Location is great and the hotel is beautiful. The lobby bar generally has a good scene, staff is accommodating and very helpful concierge arranged a Duck tour for me. The rooms are spacious and the Bliss products alone at the W make me very happy. The gym is also adequate.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. The bar looked stylish and i am paying for more than clean towels we needed. Convenient to fine restaurants and s beautiful spa.
