  Nice pool area, awesome hotel and we payed a reasonable rate. Internet is free only in the lobby and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The spectacular rooms apparently only have a shower, bars look pretty cool and great coffee offered complimentary in the am Not any easy find in Texas.

  Good location and modern decor. Dedicated and courteous staff, very comfortable beds, the bar scene is AMAZING. The pool space is excellent.

  Position is ideal is you have business downtown and very nice welcome birthday treat by the Hotel. The staff is very professional and the living room is really gorgeous. Well worth as the pool tends to get packed in the afternoon.

  Great location and a beautiful hotel. Staff were absolutely wonderful, room service was prompt and the breakfast restaurant was pretty good. Our waitress was really knowledgeable and spa and gym facilities were excellent.

  Staff were a breath of modern air in a very old school city and the hotel gave us free breakfast in our rooms for that. The service was friendly, bathroom was wonderfully spacious and food was good by RS standards. The gym was large.

  View was fabulous and the staff did everything to make our stay agreeable. The service was great, the room was large enough for 4 of us to be moving around in and breakfast the next morning was superb. The pool was more trendy than functional.

  Great location, cool atmosphere and excellent service from everyone from the minute I arrived. The beds were comfortable, the restaurant was nice and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, facilities were beautiful.

  The w in Austin is unlike any hotel i have ever stayed and customer service is exceptional in every way. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the pool the cabanas are very nice the pool is not heated.

  Unfortunately during my stay the pool deck was closed, the staff said could not be changed.
