I spent my Christmas in a hotel, and the decorations were fantastic. The staff was generally friendly and helped us with everything we requested. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, and we could quickly take a walk to the park nearby. The breakfast was also impressive, with a lot of choices of food and drinks.

Our room was not very clean, and the sheets had stains on them. We also had an issue with the temperature of the shower;

The hotel is conveniently located near both the train station and the city center. Guests can easily visit the nearby Church of the Blood. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with pleasant and friendly staff providing good service. The breakfast is fresh and extensive, with vegetarian options available. The hotel also offers baby-chairs, which is appreciated by families.

The hotel has thin walls, making it possible to hear conversations in the next room, which could disturb light sleepers.

The centrally situated hotel offered a comfortable bed and a bottle of wine as compensation for the under-repair fitness area and limited breakfast/dinner options. The location is perfect and the fitness facilities were satisfactory. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with ample storage space. The buffet breakfast/dining area was conveniently located on the same floor. My corner room had a nice view of an old church and a balcony. The English-speaking staff provided excellent service.

We loved the central location of this hotel, close to everything in the city. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was a good start to our day.
