I think the value for this hotel compared to others in AK is very good.
We felt that the price was too high for a hotel that is located in an unattractive part of town with few restaurants near-by!
We had the misfortune of staying here 2 nights while working at the large hotel across the street (should have paid the extra price and stayed there).
Don't waste your money here stay at one of the other small hotels nearby or spend the extra money and stay at the Cook across the street.
