The friendly service and the attention to detail! Its location not too far away from Sigmund Freud Museum was great. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a market.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the historical sites in this city. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro station and easy to reach from the airport. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was incredibly kind and provided us with all the necessary information. The hotel itself felt like a block of separate apartments, making it quiet and cozy. Our apartment was quite spacious, with a separate room for the beds and a sitting room. It was basic, but had all the necessities we needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we were impressed with the overall maintenance of the hotel. Additionally, the transportation options in the vicinity were excellent, with the u-bahn station just a short distance away.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vienna and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making it a comfortable place to relax. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the Nespresso machine in the room. Despite only receiving two capsules a day, it was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Vox Design. The location was fantastic, with the metro line just a short walk away. The room we were given initially wasn't great, but the hotel staff quickly relocated us to a much better room on a higher floor. The replacement room was much more comfortable, although the bed was a bit broken. Despite that, the staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel may have its flaws, but overall I would recommend it.
