Plus the parking is not that close and is not included in the price of the hotel.
When I emailed the hotel to find out why, they told me that was their policy and that they would not refund the money.
So when we got there I told them that we were not comfortable with the parking situation nor the location of the hotel.
The location is only about one and a half blocks from the train station, and close to all the wonderful sights in Arezzo.
Our room was unbelievable and the location of the hotel couldn't be better.
We loved it because the hotel is located between the station and the centre (200 meters from the San Francesco square and the station).
Location great and i also like that the hotel is near the railway station.
We loved the experience because the room was very nice and the bathroom was exceptional: the bath tub was placed behind the bed and my wife could bath with me.
The rooms in this hotel are beautifully decorated, with the most fantastic shower/bath facilities.

Although it did not have an in-house restaurant, the breakfast served was ample and good restaurants were easily assessible and available for your evening meal.

This was not the fault of the young woman who was assigned to the task, for she was also serving the breakfasts, greeting people, and generally holding things together.
The continental buffet had everything we would wish for.
The price was very reasonable, the staff was the best and the receptionist did not make any effort to solve this simple problem.
The down side to this hotel is the front desk staff.
A small boutique hotel in a nice and the staff were helpful.
This hotel is very classy and the staff was fantastic!
Parking was an additional 10 euros daily but worth every cent.
It was in a large secured parking area only two doorways away.
Be aware that parking is extra and very exspensive over 30 euros a day.
Rooms were very clean and lofty by Italian standards and the shower was to die for!
