Little out of the way, not much around, however the restaurant and staff, amenities were absolutly wonderful!
There was building works happening during my stay, they started a little early, but progress has to happen. Also website stated about smokers catered for in rooms, this is not the case, it is actually better not having smoking in room, as I was trying to give up and did not want to walk down 2 flights.

The kitchen is exellent and the staff unusually willing.
They need to resolve the Wifi problems and indication of the road.

Perfect hotel; totally new. big rooms, clean, excellent service, good value for money. If there is a problem, just ask for the manager and he will try to help you.
Only thing is the distance to the center: appr. 20 minutes by taxi. But they are very cheap in Ukrain.

Big and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful personel, especially the girl at the reception.
The Vlada Hotel is not exactly in the city center, but you can easily access the city by taxi for about 15 euro or by metro.

This hotel is a long way from the centre of town. You either need a bus then metro (or taxi for 150 UAH). There is not much to do near the hotel - you need to go to town for anything.

It was available.
They have about 15 to 20 steps to lug your luggage up, more steps up to enter the building, then steps down on the inside, then steps up to your room. You get to carry all your luggage by yourself. They offer a transfer service on the website. What they do is call a taxi. Since my plane was delayed I had to pay for the taxi waiting for me. It is not a hotel shuttle service at all.
